Our collection is crafted for daily life, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit for your story, we are here to make the return process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original sueded pouch and protective box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange piece within 5 business days.
